About Me

Who am I? I'm a young woman who is tired of truth being smeared around. I'm tired of the moral compass being flipped. I'm tired of politicians and people who make promises in order to get your vote, only to fail to keep those commitments they made to you.

I am not affiliated with any political party. Instead, I encourage free thinking. I want my generation to look at a situation, gather the facts, and decide for themselves what they want to believe. I'm tired of all political parties.

I'm tired of people using an opposing party as an insult. 

I'm tired of the media leaving out facts and lying by omission. 

Most of all, I'm saddened to see my generation become the way we are, stereotyped to be stupid. We are so much more than that and all I want is to guide and help you along the way. You don't have to agree with me. I don't have to agree with you.

But that's what I want. I want good conversation, constructive conversation, about current events. We don't have to fight. You can believe I'm wrong and I can believe you're wrong, but at the end of the day, if we've taken something from the conversation, isn't that a win-win? 

That is what Speaking Truth Kindly is all about. I want us to form good friendships on the basis of respect, not agreement.
